Wendy Wickens has been working as a surveyor for 18 years in the Waikato and Far North Districts. She is experienced in all areas of land development, including subdivision design, resource consents, surveying and engineering.
Specialising in subdivision, Wendy can design a quality subdivision for you, apply to Council for subdivision consent, place boundary pegs, lodge plans with LINZ, and manage Council sign-offs.
As a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor and Member of Survey and Spatial NZ, you can be assured that you are receiving both professional and ethical service.
